Review : Bold comprises 3 parts – exponential technology, the mindset of bold leaders and crowdsourcing / funding. Briefly skimmed through the last part as I found it not so relevant to me at the moment.
Part one outlines the six stages of the exponential growth cycle – the six Ds.
The second part draws on insights from visionary entrepreneurs like Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos and Larry Page. It also taps into psychological theories like motivation, flow etc.
What strikes me the most about Peter’s law (philosophical maxims) is # 13: No simply means begin at one level higher. When someone says no, it’s often because they’re not empowered to say yes. Having the right mindset help cope with rejections, stay positive and get back on top of your game.
